Welcome to the Piggyverse™
Miss Pig-possible™ believes curiosity is one of the greatest classrooms in the world. This Educational Use and Teacher License explains how educators may use our printables, stories, illustrations, and educational resources while respecting our intellectual property.
This website is published under the Miss Pig-possible™ brand by When Pigs Fly Industries™. The website and its services are legally owned and operated by THE WOLF LTD. LLC.
1. Purpose
This license encourages responsible educational use of Miss Pig-possible™ resources while protecting the original creative works that make the Piggyverse™ unique.
2. Who May Use This License
This license is intended for teachers, homeschool educators, librarians, school counselors, nonprofit educational organizations, museums, youth organizations, and similar educational programs.
3. Resources Covered
This license applies to Penny’s Printables™, Adventure Journal activities, coloring pages, educational downloads, classroom resources, and other materials expressly identified for educational use.
4. Permitted Educational Uses
Educators may print and distribute copies to students; use materials in classrooms, libraries, homeschool settings, camps, museums, and nonprofit educational workshops; display materials during instruction; and include them in lesson plans, provided the materials remain unaltered and all copyright notices remain intact.
5. Digital Classroom Use
Educational resources may be shared with enrolled students through password-protected learning management systems or secure classroom portals. Public reposting, file-sharing websites, and unrestricted redistribution are not permitted.
6. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, you may not sell educational materials, upload downloadable files for public access, remove copyright or trademark notices, modify materials for commercial distribution, incorporate them into products for sale, or use them for AI training, datasets, or commercial machine-learning systems.
7. Attribution
When practical, please credit ‘Miss Pig-possible™’ as the source of the educational resource.
8. Student Work
Students retain ownership of their original creative work. If student submissions are shared with Miss Pig-possible™ for contests or showcases, any use will be governed by the applicable contest rules and community policies.
9. Requests Beyond This License
If your intended use exceeds this license—including district-wide distribution, publishing, translations, curriculum integration, or commercial educational products—please contact us to discuss a separate educational license.
10. Companion Policies
This license should be read together with the Terms of Use, Printables License, AI and Creative Content Policy, Character Licensing and Fan Art Policy, Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, and Community Guidelines.
11. Updates
This license may be updated as our educational resources continue to grow. Material revisions will be reflected on the date indicated at the top of this page.
12. Our Educational Philosophy
We believe learning happens through curiosity, creativity, kindness, storytelling, and exploration. Our goal is to help educators inspire wonder while respecting the artists, writers, and creators behind the Piggyverse™.
**Gerald’s Professional Opinion
“Teachers may absolutely make copies for their students. Selling photocopies in the parking lot, however… That requires an entirely different folder.”
