Welcome to the Piggyverse™
One of the greatest compliments we can receive is seeing others inspired by the characters of the Piggyverse™. This policy explains how fans, educators, creators, media, and commercial organizations may interact with our original characters and artwork.
This website is published under the Miss Pig-possible™ brand by When Pigs Fly Industries™. The website and its services are legally owned and operated by THE WOLF LTD. LLC.
1. Purpose
This policy establishes the permitted and prohibited uses of Miss Pig-possible™ characters, artwork, and related intellectual property while encouraging respectful fan creativity.
2. Characters Covered
This policy applies to Miss Pig-possible™, Penny, Gerald, the Piggyverse™, future original characters, original illustrations, logos, stories, printables, and other branded creative assets.
3. Ownership
All characters, names, visual designs, personalities, artwork, stories, and related creative works are owned by or licensed to Miss Pig-possible™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Personal Fan Art
We welcome personal, non-commercial fan art created out of appreciation for the Piggyverse™. Fan creations may be shared on personal websites and social media provided they clearly identify themselves as unofficial fan creations and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
5. What You May Do
• Create original fan illustrations inspired by our characters
• Share fan artwork on personal social media
• Participate in official community activities and coloring challenges
• Display printed fan art for personal enjoyment
• Use official printables in accordance with the Printables License
6. What You May Not Do
Without prior written permission you may not:
• Sell or commercially exploit fan art featuring our characters
• Create merchandise using our characters or trademarks
• Register domain names, trademarks, usernames, or business names that are confusingly similar
• Create NFTs, blockchain assets, AI datasets, AI training materials, or commercial AI-generated derivatives using our protected content
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Present fan works as official Miss Pig-possible™ content
7. Commercial Licensing
Organizations, publishers, manufacturers, educators, media companies, and commercial creators wishing to license characters, artwork, or branding must obtain prior written permission through a separate licensing agreement.
8. Social Media
We love seeing your creations. When sharing fan art, please tag Miss Pig-possible™ where appropriate and avoid using official logos in a way that suggests endorsement.
9. Contests and Community Features
Submission of artwork to official contests or community showcases does not transfer ownership. Participants grant Miss Pig-possible™ a limited, non-exclusive license to display submitted works for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in the contest rules.
10. Reporting Infringement
If you believe our characters or artwork are being misused, please contact us through the website.
