This policy explains how artificial intelligence (AI) relates to the original creative works published by Miss Pig-possible™. It is intended to protect our stories, artwork, characters, and educational resources while encouraging ethical innovation.

Protect the original intellectual property of Miss Pig-possible™ and establish expectations for responsible AI use.
Scope
This policy applies to all artwork, illustrations, logos, characters, Piggyverse™, Penny’s Printables™, Gerald’s Travel Advisories™, Quips, Postcards Home, downloadable resources, stories, videos, photographs, text, and related content published by Miss Pig-possible™.
Ownership
All content remains the property of Miss Pig-possible™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
AI Use by Miss Pig-possible™
Miss Pig-possible™ may itself use AI-assisted tools in its creative workflow to support ideation, editing, design, and production. All final works are selected, reviewed, edited, approved, and published under the direction of the Miss Pig-possible™ brand. AI is one creative tool within a broader human-led creative process and does not replace the brand’s artistic direction, editorial judgment, or ownership of its original works.
Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission from Miss Pig-possible™, no person or organization is authorized to copy, reproduce, scrape, download, index, extract, archive, use, or incorporate any portion of the website’s protected content—including artwork, characters, stories, illustrations, logos, printables, photographs, videos, text, or other copyrighted materials—for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, validating, benchmarking, or developing artificial intelligence, machine learning models, large language models, image generation systems, or similar technologies, except where such use is expressly permitted by applicable law.
In addition, users may not remove copyright notices, imply endorsement by Miss Pig-possible™, or represent AI-generated content as official Miss Pig-possible™ or Piggyverse™ content without prior written authorization.
Fan Creativity
Non-commercial fan creations are generally welcomed provided they do not imply endorsement, copy official artwork in a misleading manner, or violate the Character Licensing and Fan Art Policy.
Educational Use
Teachers, libraries, and nonprofit educational organizations should also review the Printables License and Educational Use and Teacher License.
Reporting
If you discover unauthorized AI use or content falsely presented as official Miss Pig-possible™ material, please contact us through the website.
Updates
This policy may be revised as technology and applicable law evolve. Revisions will be reflected as of the date indicated at the top of this page.
